If an error occurs during the build process, our team will review and resolve it promptly.

🧾 Refund Conditions

A refund may be issued only if:

  • The build fails to generate properly

  • A critical system error prevents ZIP delivery

  • The team cannot reproduce or fix the problem

📸 Required Proof

To request a refund:

  1. Take a screenshot showing where the process failed

  2. Submit it via the official support channel or contact method

  3. Include your wallet address and transaction ID

Once reviewed:

  • If the issue can be fixed → a corrected build will be delivered

  • If it cannot → the full amount is refunded

Response Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours not more than that.
